We never charge consultation fees without first informing you and obtaining your
consent. Our fee for a phone, detailed e-mail or office consultation is US
$75.00. If our services are retained within thirty days (30) thereafter,
your consultation fee will be credited toward the total legal fees. Consultation
fees should be paid by credit card, check drawn in US dollars at a U.S. bank,
cashier's check, money order, cash or wire transfer ($30 additional for wire
transfer fee). If you are outside the U.S. and wish to have us contact you
for a telephone consultation, please enclose an additional $20.00 for long
distance telephone charges.
How to Set Up A Consultation
Mail a check in the amount of US $75.00 payable to "Dobbs & Neidle,
PC" to 17290 Farmington Road, Livonia, Michigan 48152, USA or call to
use your credit card (888) 404-4529 (in the U.S.) or (734) 762-9261
(overseas). E-mail (gneidle@dobbsneidle.com)
or mail your specific questions, your phone numbers, and the best times (between
9 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. EST) to reach you. Additionally, please send us copies
(DO NOT SEND ORIGINALS) of any of the following documents in your possession
(depending on the nature of your consultation) with your payment:
I-94 I-20 or IAP-66 (if you are a student)
I-797 (if any)
Passport
If you have a job offer from a U.S. employer, please also send:
CV/Resume Copies of your diploma
Copies of awards and/or recognition that you have received
Information about your job offer
your proposed employer job description
offered rate of pay
minimum requirements to perform the job
marketing and/or promotional materials about your employer
No. of employees,
gross and net income of your employer
If you have a relative (e.g. mother/father, son/daughter/, husband/wife,
brother/sister) who is willing is sponsor you, please send:
Copies of your and your petitioner's birth certificates
Death certificate
divorce decree
marriage certificate (if applicable)
If you are in deportation
or exclusion proceedings, please send:
Copies of all court filings
Copies of all correspondence that you have sent to and/or received from the INS
All applications that you have submitted to the INS
Anything else that you deem relevant
Within 24 hours of receipt of your payment and your information, an attorney
from our office will contact you via phone or e-mail to provide your
consultation. If you prefer an office consultation, please call in advance for
an appointment. Bring with you all appropriate documents and payment.
